When you request early access, NPS Pilot collects your work email, company name, and any optional description you provide of your current customer follow-up process.

How the information is used

We use it only to evaluate whether NPS Pilot may fit your team, contact you about the private pilot, understand early customer needs, and maintain a record of the conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in paid service or a general marketing list.

Form provider

The form is processed by Formspree, which receives and stores the submission according to its service terms and the NPS Pilot account configuration so it can be delivered to us. Do not submit customer names, order information, Klaviyo credentials, payment details, or other sensitive data through this form.

Retention and choices

We retain qualified early-access correspondence only as long as it remains useful for the pilot relationship or is otherwise required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to correct or delete your submitted information, or stop contacting you, by emailing hello@npspilot.com.

This notice covers the NPS Pilot coming-soon website and early-access form. It does not describe data handling for the future commercial service.
